Marius Banholzer has many years of restructuring experience. Before RESVION, he worked, among others, for Aurelius, AnderschLiebthal, FTI-Andersch and as an independent consultant and interim manager. In his career he has, as CRO, CFO and managing director in various companies, made significant contributions to their successful turnaround. In addition, he advises and represents family shareholders in material matters. He holds a Master of Science in TUM-BWL from the Technical University of Munich.

Florian Hoffmann has approx. 10 years of professional experience as an investment professional as well as in advising companies in crisis situations. Before RESVION, he was an investment professional at Hillpoint Partners in midcap Private Equity. Before that, he worked approx. 6 years at FTI-Andersch and Latham & Watkins, in each case on transaction and restructuring mandates. He is a lawyer and obtained an LL.B. from Bucerius Law School, Hamburg

Steffen Puhlmann has more than 15 years of experience in corporate restructuring and has comprehensive expertise in the design and implementation of complex reorganization and transformation programs. Before joining RESVION, he worked, among others, at AnderschLiebthal, FTI-Andersch and KPMG Restructuring. Steffen Puhlmann is a Diplom-Kaufmann and completed his studies at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf.

Dr. Henning Syllwasschy has over 20 years of experience in advising companies in challenging situations. Most recently he was a restructuring partner (Restrukturierungsgesellschafter) at AnderschLiebthal. Previously, as a partner at FTI-Andersch, he oversaw complex reorganization and transformation programs. He holds a doctorate in economics and holds degrees in business informatics and industrial engineering

Eduard Wiens has over 13 years of professional experience in advising companies in crisis situations. Before the founding of RESVION, he supported the buildup of AnderschLiebthal GmbH. In addition, he was a Director at AlixPartners as well as at the CRO boutique THM Partners, London. Before that, he worked approx. 10 years at FTI-Andersch and supported a large number of companies in overcoming challenging situations. He holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Justus Liebig University Giessen and an MBA from the UWM Lubar School of Business, Milwaukee, USA.
